  • Where are we located?
    We are local to Idaho and Florida. We are currently only online sales, but we can still set time and location to meet customers who are interested in purchasing birds or other products. We also ship all across the United States via USPS for products and Delta Cargo for birds.

    We can ship products via USPS or live birds via Delta Cargo across the whole United States. If you’re outside of that region, please contact us so we can further help you. Thank you.
  • How do I pick a certain mutation for a bird?
    If you’re wanting a specific-colored bird, please contact us to see what mutations we have available or will soon be available. Thank you!
  • Wanting a bird we don't have listed?
    If you don’t see a certain breed or mutation of bird listed on our website that you're looking for, please contact us as we might have some handfeeding that aren't quite available yet but will be available soon. Thank you!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
